CX Index™ has been included as a “Promising Vendor in the CX Marketplace” in Gartner’s “Market Guide for Voice of the Customer Solutions” for 2019. The purpose of the guide is to profile “the largest and most advanced vendors, helping organizations to compare alternatives.” In the guide, Gartner states that “The vendors cited in this research were selected based on their ability to collect analyze and act upon a holistic set of feedback spanning direct, indirect and inferred data sources. They all strive to help organizations operationalize their VoC program as part of a strategic, enterprisewide CX initiative.” The inclusion of CX Index in this year’s market guide as a Promising Vendor is the result of many wins for the company in 2019. Promising Vendors are businesses that have exhibited qualifications such as “the technical capabilities, commitment, momentum and visibility” to execute in the marketplace. While it is noted that there are more than 1000 vendors offering some feedback capability, “Gartner sees around 30 leading the way, based on their vision and technology.” David Heneghan, CEO, CX Index remarked, “The inclusion of CX Index among the 30 vendors seen to be leading the way for Voice-of-the-Customer Applications is further recognition of the progress we are making within the industry. “As we move into the next decade we will continue to focus on innovation and integrating our platform with best-in-class technologies that will enable us to deliver better outcomes for our customers and partners”.
